The staff was friendly and helpful. The juice machine was not working; and I do not drink coffee. The lobby was very nice. My room was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient.

There was no breakfast and The view in my room is toward the back of the hotel so there's no view. There's just one window and it's placed on the side of the building with very little view. I'm not too particular but it works for me.

The Quality Inn hotel is located off Interstate 85, across from Gwinnett Place Mall.

The room and bathroom were clean, the air conditioning worked. I can't say anything about the breakfast, because we didn't have breakfast. Several restaurants (including fast food like KCF, Wendy's Panda Express, Chipotle,..) are within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance.
