it’s in the city centre of Philipsburg. Busses come in front of the hotel and bring you everywhere. the beach is 3 minutes walking. Stuff was very friendly even before we arrived to the island, they helped and give tips. they also celebrate my birthday willingly. if I ever go back to Sint Maarten that’s where I want to stay! thanks Barbara and Jeanine for for kindness ❤️

The hosts were very friendly, answered my every question and helped me with planning my days. They offered me fresh Papaya from the garden and printed a document for me - thanks again! I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner Claudia cooked at a good price. The room was nice, with AC and its own exterior door that can be locked with a code. I would definitely recommend staying there!

It’s situated right on the beach, it’s clean and has everything that you need. Andrae the owner and his kids lives in the house and they are so kind and warm-hearted people and will help you if you have any questions. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay, couldn’t have been better!
