This guesthouse is a wonderful and so quiet place in the center of Legazpi City. The room was spacious, very clean. The staff was amazing and we could enjoy so much the beauty of Balai Tinay. Many nice restaurants are walking distance from the guesthouse, that's a bonus.

Very clean. The place is close to SM and can jump in to a tricycle outside the property. Staff are so accommodating they are ACE especially Maria, Bea and Eron. They are an asset. Met Sister Ameline one of the siblings to the owner. We had the greatest gift from sister with blessings on our travel. With great pleasure that have met you sister you are our angel in disguise. Would live to be back again. We love the place so much.

    This small motel was staffed by the most pleasant people and it was quiet and quite new. The in-house dining was traditional but included popular western choices. Free breakfast was included.

    The properly was surprising very well appointed and nicely designed from a residence to now a bed and breakfast place. We needed a place with 8 beds and we fortunately got 4 rooms at Casa Roces. The property’s centrally located and close to restaurants open 24/7 without being in the main streets that could be noisy. One last thing that is a much appreciated is Marisa, the staff of Casa who’s welcoming, helpful and very attentive to our needs!

    The guest house was in a great location. The owners were very nice. The common area and facilities were great. The bedroom had everything we needed, especially with an air conditioner and Netflix and was very clean. Thank you

    Nice room, with aircon and very clean. Great location, close to amenities and restaurants. Feels very homely, great facilities and quiet in the evenings. The owner gave lots of good recommendations and helped organised transport and tours. I even left my passport at the hostel and he organised a taxi to drive it to the airport for me so I didn’t miss my flight.
