We loved the large comfortable bedroom/lounge, plenty of space to spread out and relax. The traditional decor gave the room enormous character and there were great views from the large windows. Each day's continental breakfast was a highlight with lots of choices and quality ingredients. We very much enjoyed talking each day over breakfast with Mike and Maree, giving us tips of places to go and aspects of NZ life. They certainly made us very welcome and extended their friendship to include us. The house is located in a lovely leafy neighborhood and close to the lovely city of Napier.

We loved everything about our stay! The communication with the host was exceptional, and the instructions she left in the room were very helpful. Avinash and Theresa were amazing hosts! They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and comfortable! They were so friendly and hospitable, we felt like we were staying with friends. We had a most pleasant stay with them. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of room for our suitcases and a fan. It was a beautiful house, filled with natural light and fresh air, overlooking their incredible veggie/fruit garden. They made us a great breakfast in the morning with local honey and homemade jam, Avinash made us espresso coffee! They were really lovely people and we actually left as friends. We would definitely love to stay with them again.

Not just a B n B. It was more like a hotel and home away from home. Leanne and Steve are amazing and super friendly. The food was all nicely prepared in the fridge with lots of choice. Very comfortable bed. Was allowed to bring my dog which was amazing. She felt right at home too. Lovely area for walks and very connected to everything.
