The room was very comfortable and having a desk to use my laptop a godsend. Also, the free French Press coffee on demand a real boon. Dinner was delicious especially the tuna fish. But the staff offered nothing short of 7-star service with a smile. Amir, the manager was very resourceful and accommodating. He organized a great-value day trip to the south for me with a taxi driver named Hondu, who was amazing, catering the trip to my specific interests (nature and wildlife photography). It's a quiet location but a short walk away you can hop on a frequent and cheap bus to any point on the island via the capital Port Louis.

I had such a great stay here, everything was just perfect. The apartment was clean, cozy and exactly what I needed. Super convenient location, comfortable beds, nicely decorated hotel, cosy room (we had the one with the sea-view), cool the possibility to chill on the sun beds on the terrace, also with the view. Staff is very sweet, helpful and always smiling. The restaurant downstairs also nice.

LOCATION: Plenty of shops and restaurants were a short walk away, with the beach also being very close, the area looks a bit run down but it is very safe so don't hesitate to walk around even at night. I hired a scooter on my trip which is very easy to do either independently or through the residence, which made everything just a short hop away. Free parking is also available. ROOM: The bedding and room amenities were all sufficient and reasonable. I was very impressed with the shower and bathroom facilities, having done a lot of travel throughout Asia it felt like luxury here. RESIDENCE: It was very quiet during my stay, I saw very few other guests but even if it was busier I still think the energy and the vibes would be fantastic. I enjoyed how each floor had a small lounge area, which was excellent when I had to check out and wait around two hours before leaving for the airport. Each floor has a balcony overlooking the area as well which I enjoyed, especially for photos or just wanting some fresh air.
