Great place! Very new, modern, clean, close to the airport, staff was very nice. They provide transfer from/to the airport and although I was late, they met me at midnight with no problem. I stayed only for one night as a transit and I highly recommend this place.

The accommodation is great, room is basic but clean, location inside the city is splendid. Make sure you go outside and sit with the host for a chat, don't be an early sleeper :-). Also have a look at his marvelous book collection.

My wife, my parents and I loved the stay at Crama Diaconu! Spent only 2 nights here but it’s worth staying for longer. About 30 min to Chisinau by car, lots of wine and syrups available to buy from the host’s wine cellar. It’s a new property and I’m sure that due to its location it will become popular quickly. Fair value for money. The owner communicates quickly via Whatsapp whenever needed.
