I recently stayed at The Colombo House and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and located conveniently. What truly made my stay memorable was the kind uncle who was working there. He was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Being here felt like being with family. Sam, Steph and Shashe took care of us and we felt at home right from the start. It is easy to get a tuktuk and get to wherever you want in the city. Plenty of food options and supermarket closeby. Home from Home is now my default home whenever I come to Colombo next.

Had a homely feeling while we were there! Our host, Mr. Rajiv, was really pleasant and helpful. We had a nice time interacting with him and his staff. * Beautiful home - The interiors are nicely decorated and the stay is spacious. Our room was neat too with a big glass view at the back. * Breakfast - Sumptuous meal and friendly staff. Good portions, freshly prepared and served with a smile. Quite healthy too! * Location - Posh area, not chaotic or noisy. Can recommend taking a stroll in the mornings or evenings. * Host - Had a few nice chats with him and he even helped provide us with an office room so that we could finish up the formalities for a self drive car we had rented
