Lovely villa right behind a beautiful, lonely sandy beach - there’s comfy sun beds and only the villa guests in the beach. Perfect for enjoying the sunset! The rooms are spacious with really good showers. Each room has an own terrace where breakfast is served individually. We got amazing traditional Sri Lankian breakfast with String Hoppers, Curry, Dhal, Pol Sambol, fresh fruits, juice and Ceylon tea. Super delicious! And the staff is exceptional - one day they even started playing music from our home country in the morning, so much fun :)

This was a fantastic getaway and wished the stay was longer. The place was beautifully decorated to give a luxurious feel, with traditional Sri Lankan pieces and art. Amazing Colonial Villa nearby the beach. Air conditioned rooms, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms with hot-water. Beach is about 10mins walk away and Kosgoda turtle hatchery is only 1mile away. We were served with traditional home cooked meals for breakfast which is super delicious and fresh. The manager Mr.Ananda helped us with everything what we need and managed all perfectly. And I would most certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

Even if you’re just sitting looking at the sea view it’s wonderful. I was made to feel so welcome and every need was met. The hosts went above and beyond, including arranging an Ayurvedic massage delivering me and picking me up after, and a bonus boat trip to the nearly beautiful lake to visit a gorgeous temple. His knowledge of what to do in Sri Lanka is vast and genuinely wants to help. And the food… next level, a home cooked Sri Lankan feast, the huge breakfast was spectacular so much fresh fruit. I was there in the quiet season and I loved that the area is not touristy, very friendly locals. I will definitely be coming back!

This hotel is situated in a secluded area. There are no more hotels around and it's just a few minutes walk to the beach. The beach near this hotel is very beautiful and there's nobody there so you can feel like on an uninhabited island. The hotel and it's area is very pretty and clean. Everything is clean and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful. This hotel is for you if you just want to spend a night away from everyone and in the quiet.
