Superb location, walking distance from the train station, the lake, and other tourist attractions. There's a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. It's beautiful to see the lake from the balcony. The room is very spacious, clean, fresh, and with good decor. The breakfast on the balcony was a good experience. Breakfast is good. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. The bathroom is very good. Staff are nice, approachable, and helpful. Good communication throughout our stay. Bed is very comfortable. Excellent service, good value for money. I highly recommend it 👌

We had a great experience with this accommodation. Do not be deceived by the tone of the initial message (part of it was in caps lock which might sound slightly aggressive) that you will receive, the owner/employees are all very kind and helpful and will reply promptly help with requests. The room we stayed in was spacious and had enough room for 2 big luggages. Toilet was just a few steps away and was clean and spacious for Italy’s standards. Breakfast was amazing and beyond worth it for the value we paid! A highlight of our trip! Very grateful to stumble upon such a pleasant accommodation which is not very expensive (for Varenna) and close to the train station (only had to go through 1 flight of steps). Highly recommend this place for the experience we had 👍🏻

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lierna. The location is ideal — just a short 300-meter walk to a beautiful public beach, and also very close to the ferry, which made exploring the lake incredibly easy and scenic. The area has several great restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy local food without needing to travel far. The rooms were modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were especially comfortable, with high-quality mattresses that ensured a good night’s sleep. A special mention goes to the cleaning service — everything was spotless every day, and the attention to detail was impressive. Amazing and beautiful place with peaceful garden, super tasty breakfast and lovely hosts. The bed is amazing with orthopedic matress will make you sleep like a baby ;) Marina and her daughter were very helpful during our stay. The place is super clean and smells lovely.
