We had an amazing stay there. The owners are very welcoming, kind and helpful. We had a comfortable and big room with a little kitchenette. Everything was sparkling clean; the bed is very comfortable; amazing breakfast. We enjoyed relaxing in the well maintained garden. I would go there again.

The owner, Mr. Roberto greeted us on our arrival and showed us to the apartment which is brand new, well maintained and very cozy and comfortable to be in. There is also a parking place in front of the building, within the yard, so one does not need to worry about the vehicle. The apartment features absolutely everything you may need for your stay in Udine: fridge, hair dryer, water kettle, Smart TV, towels, etc. Great value for money. Thank you Roberto!

Beautiful property, very comfortable, set in a stunning location. Gorgeous room, comfortable bed, generous bathrooms, dining room. Romina is wonderful, she makes you feel so welcome and is very friendly and kind. Breakfast was amazing also, with our vegetarian diet, it just kept coming. Loved every minute of our stay. The owner was the sweetest lady. When I arrived I was welcomed with even though it was pretty late. In the morning I had to leave earlier than expected so I didn't have the chance to enjoy the breakfast but I did get some pastries for on the way. The room was also very spacious and really clean as well as the kitchen and dining area. Amazing experience sad I only stayed for one night.

No amount of positive words could do this place justice! Our room was perfect, big, bright and clean, with big comfy bed and an amazing book collection in several European languages; the breakfast was excellent; the location of the house is 5 mins away from the old town by car, and that's all fine. But, what makes this place stand out is Karin, her kindness and class, and a genuine desire to make you feel at home right from the doorstep. Our interaction with her was the most enjoyable part of our stay, although, as I said, everything else was perfect. We will always go back to Karin's whenever we are in the area!
