We stayed for New Years Eve. Perfect location, lovely rooms, beautiful view. Quiet and cozy. Breakfast was included at a bar just down the street. The most kind and welcoming host we've ever had, who also recommended a great dinner spot.

Location was right in center of town, near shops, museum, bars and cafés. Lovely, clean and comfortable rooms. Hosts live onsite, and were extremely hospitable, accessible and gracious.

Lovely stay with swimming pool. A beautiful breakfast under the trees by the pool. The german shepard on the property is incredibly sweet and does not lick or jump up. Close to the gorgeous old part of town, but but a country road, so we drove instead of walked with our 2 year old.

We really liked this place to stay. The beds were super comfortable! It was hard to get up in the morning, how nice it was to sleep. The location is great. The property has arranged breakfast to be served at a bar next door, which is cool - you can eat on the terrace, by the fountain.

Absolutely everything was perfect! Valeria and Mariana are exceptional hosts. Attentive to our every need. Warm, friendly, helpful and very kind! From the beautiful gardens to the elegant design and decor of the rooms and the atmosphere they created was restful and calming. The breakfast room was lovely and the sumptuous breakfast covered every dietary need: fresh fruits, daily Italian pastries, local farm fresh eggs and butter, and excellent expresso!

Extremely helpful and friendly host. Very quiet with rural outlook. Good breakfast. Collected us from town and delivered us back there in the morning, very important as we are walking the Via Francigena. Beautiful cat and kittens. 1km from excellent restaurant.

This was our second stay with Riccardo at Palazzo Verdi. Very friendly and helpful with our special requests. PV is conveniently located (500m?) near Stazzione Fiorentina - we walked with our 2 rolling suitcase and a rolling bike case.
