exceptional accommodation in the center of a small town, approx. 3 km from the promenade to the lake. great cleanliness, exceptional equipment, peace, comfort. Great communication with the owner. Laura and Gianni are wonderful hosts. They provided us with everything we needed and were willing to help anytime. The apartament is very cosy, well located, just 5 minutes from the lake. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty. Everything was simply perfect. Totally recommend

We had an excellent stay at this hospitable and new B&B. The B&B is located in a quiet village and is an ideal base for Lake Garda or a day trip to Brescia (highly recommended). The rooms are very spacious and clean with the necessary facilities and air conditioning (very pleasant in this warm period). Excellent breakfast. The presence of a swimming pool is a plus. Definitely recommended.

Whole apartment was clean and beautiful in quiet location of a small village above the Garda lake. Although the village is small, there are several nice shops and restaurants. Host provides great breakfast with variety of food and drinks and communication with the owner was perfect. It is a great starting point for trips around the lake.

Very clean and welcoming. We arrived in the middle of the night which didn’t phase our hosts! They were very welcoming and helpful when we met in the morning. The breakfast that consisted solely of pastries, fruits and nuts was great and the vegan pastries were amazing. Highly recommended.

Lovely lakeside view, cute garden, spacious rooms. The host was so sweet, they even left us a few snacks for breakfast and all we needed to make tea. The house is gorgeous, oozes the charm of old Italian villas, the interior is elegant, and huge windows give you a great view of the lake from the common room, where you can sit on comfy sofas and mingle. Everything was perfectly clean. There's a shop nearby (10 minutes walk by the lake), and there's restaurants serving excellent pizza and tiramisu only a little bit further.

This apartment is located in a typical Italian village. Don’t expect a large guesthouse — instead, you’ll find narrow, charming Italian streets full of character. Our apartment was on the second floor, accessible by stairs. The renovation of the building is thoughtful, and it’s clear that either the host, Sara, has great taste or a designer was involved in the interior setup. The shower in our room was both amusing and intriguing — while lying in bed, you can actually see your partner showering, as only a glass wall separates the room from the shower area. As for breakfast — it was absolutely fantastic! Small Italian omelettes, mozzarella, a variety of cheeses, croissants, tiramisu, fruits, coffee, tea, and much more! The breakfast alone is worth staying here for. The host takes special care of each guest and offers a truly personalized approach. Wishing you not only continued success, but also polite and respectful guests.

Absolutely amazing house! You can't wish for the better! Very nice spacious apartment with a big kitchen, terrace and a stunning view. Super beautiful and clean. And the best here are the hosts: so nice, welcoming and kind people. And what breakfast we had every day, it was unbelievable! 10 out of 10, this place really made our holidays and we were sad to leave.
