The location was great in the middle of the old town. There was no parking, contrary to what was advertize, but there was a public parking relatively close by. The breakfast was excellent.

Despite our not speaking Italan, the contact with Manuela was absolutely flawless, starting with her helping us catch the bus from the station and ending with immediate solving of an aircon issue in our room. The room itself is large and practical, with a lot of storage space, comfortable beds and a great bathroom. The location is second ro none, very central and very Italian (so to speak), with the windows facing a local restaurant (not really too noisy after midnight). Breakfast, in one of the cafes in the square nearby, is simple but fun! Last but not least, we loved the town itself! ❤️

We had a great time at the B&B! Mariangela and her staff were super friendly and we felt like family staying there. The room was clean and pretty. Beach access is unbeatable and it is overall a great place to relax and enjoy life. We highly recommend staying here!

Nice and well-kept b&b. I have noticed some reviews wrote it was tricky to find, but Google Maps took us straight there. I had a Garmin GPS in the car, and that did not help much, but there are also sign to guide the way. There are several nice beaches up and down the coast and when we visited in October we had them pretty much to ourselves

We stopped here on the way to south of Italy via uk. I wish we could have stayed longer. I definitely want to return and have a holiday at this beautiful place. The owner Pietro has thought of absolutely everything. He also gave us a packed lunch for our onward journey and called us to check we arrived safely to the ferry port. I highly recommend Lanziani. It’s beautifully done and in a gorgeous location. We liked everything!

    what a beautiful house and place to be. We could park the car on their private parking. The owners are very nice and the rooms are big and very clean. It is a very quiet place to be and that’s what we liked. I would everybody recommend to go there!!
