Host communicated personally via my preferred communication method even late in the evening and waited patiently for my late replies. The host arranged everything for a smooth late check in (1am) with hand written instructions. The host also was really accommodating to my last minute change in travel arrangements allowing a last minute late checkout. I had an intense work schedule the whole day with little time to change my booking, but I did not need to stress over the accommodation and luggage because of how well I was treated. I don't recall having such a good experience staying anywhere anytime before this. On top of this, there was a nice selection of food and drinks to suit all tastes in the breakfast area. The place has a beautiful kitchen/breakfast area with cups and plates handmade with care. The rooms are spacious, clean and very relaxing.

I had a fantastic weekend at this property. The house is surrounded by greenery, perfect for those seeking tranquility. The open-view shower was a delightful surprise, a touch of originality that I really appreciated. The house is equipped with everything you need, and the host was very helpful.     It's a perfect bed and breakfast right in the very centre of amazing Monterotondo. I loved every minute of my stay there. The room is spacious and equipped with everything necessary. Georgia is a very kind and helpful hostess. Coffee machine and light refreshments are provided in the room. If I'm to return in Monterotondo, I would definitely stay again at this marvellous place.
