Very nice room located in a building with interesting past. It was cleaned and quiet. There is everything needed in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided various information. Linen and towels included. The area is quiet and there is a free private parking.

Federica met me at the apartment, which was clean and tidy, and told me about the local attractions and nearby restaurants. Federica was very responsive and available for any question or request with perfect English. The room and the apartment are designed meticulously and equipped with everything you can think of. The view from the 2 balconies is breathtaking. Great stay, very recommended.

Host Vincenzo was very very kind. He gave us very important information how to get to Modica and the next destination. He even picked us up from bus stop and to the railway station. His tips on restaurants were also informative very much. Location was very good that we could go everywhere in the city center on foot. Another good thing was we enjoyed the amazing view from the rooftop terrace. It was spectacular to see the old city of Modica. We will come back again. Grazie mille, Vincenzo!

Heartly welcoming. Gianpiero helped with a parking place very close to the Palazzo and some recomendation for dinner. His grandfather were friendly serving us a coffee for breakfast. We had a nice conversation about the Palazzo and his family history. We enjoyed it. We felt like conte e contesa in the Palazzo. Location is central and beautiful.

Very pleasant stay. The property was so friendly and helpful and the location was perfect, even though a bit difficult to find it for the first time, but love the quiet environment.     The hotel is owned by a very welcoming and charming lady and she makes you feel at home the minute you step inside. Excellent breakfast with a good choice of food many of the items are home made making the experience a wonderful one.
