A beautiful house just 10 min driving from Modena and well located to explore the rest of the region. Rooms with charm, fully equipped and the common areas are very nice. Anna Lisa has been a great host, giving us advice to make the most of our stay. We fully recommend this B&B for a stay in the region.

The apartment is very nice, clean and offers high quality amenities. There was no compromise with anything - we had everything we needed. Beds are super comfortable, it is 15 min walking distance from Modena city center and 8 min walk from Ferrari museum. Great location. Apartment has super easy and smart access system for self check in that works exceptionally well. Massimo was very polite and supportive host, he answered all our questions, recommended great restaurants nearby 2 of which we had dinners in and they were really worth it.

The room was modern and clean- lovely. The HOST was amazing 🤩 he welcomed us with his little dog Jack and recommended all sorts of great activities to do. Also the best pasta restaurant only two saway that we have ever had!

An absolutely Devine family run B&B. If you value host generosity, coupled with exceptional knowledge and a passion for sharing, then this is a must stay for you. Paolo & Titti genuinely could not have been better hosts or more prepared to go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable and prepared for some incredible experiences. Some more than money can buy. (Ask about The Balsamic Vinegar tour at Sandra’s place)
