Absolutely everything! Casa Laguna Escape exceeded all my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and filled with natural light, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail – from linens to lighting – reflected care and quality. What truly stood out was the hosts’ exceptional attention to detail. They provided me with a personalized list of the best places to visit in the area, including train and bus routes to specific destinations, as well as insider tips that saved me hours of planning and made my stay incredibly smooth. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the host, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. The room was absolutely spotless – everything was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and beautifully arranged. It’s clear that great care is taken to ensure guests are comfortable and the standards of cleanliness are top-notch. But the real highlight? The breakfast. It was hands down the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! Fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. From pastries and fresh fruit to local specialties, everything was perfect and set me up for a wonderful day exploring Venice. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, a great location, and a truly exceptional host, this is it. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
