Beautiful location near the beach. Nice and quiet room with balcony, mountain view, and air conditioning. Extremely friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and pizza at the restaurant. We highly recommend this place!

The room was furnished to a high standard with all modern conveniences. The villa has very aesthetically pleasing style. Very warm and welcoming hosts, a family run business where you as a guest feel part of the family. Breakfast was fantastic, which we enjoyed very much every morning overlooking the lake.

Our stay was truly delightful. Although we initially struggled to locate the hotel, arriving just after sunset rewarded us with a breathtaking panorama of the lake and surrounding mountains. The hotel team was exceptionally attentive, responding to our messages on WhatsApp with both speed and professionalism. Check-in was seamless. Our room, with its balcony overlooking the landscape, offered a warm and homely charm that made us feel instantly at ease. A few minor details could be refined—such as the height of the pillows and the compact bathroom—but these did little to diminish our overall comfort. We chose to dine at the hotel, a decision we did not regret. The meal was delicious, carrying the unmistakable touch of comforting, home-style cooking, even if the price felt slightly high. The only unexpected element was sharing a table with another couple. While the experience was pleasant, a private table—or prior notice—would have allowed us to relax more fully. Despite these small observations, we were genuinely taken by the hotel’s atmosphere and hospitality. We have promised ourselves a return visit, and we look forward to coming back soon. 🥰

First of all, the host Chiara & Gian Franco are amazing, they did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible (and offered us a homey feeling). From welcoming us, giving us the information about near restaurant, making us a breakfast (with everything we could wish for lovely start of the day), greeting us when we left the place,.... Room was spacious, check in and out flawless, parking on site, lovely breakfast, comfy beds, close to the POI we wanted to visit, .... just perfect. Would love to come back again and see the surroundings in spring or summer.

We loved being up and out of the busyness of Lake Garda. The Host and his family made you feel very welcome The nightcap was appreciated & the breakfast was one of the best we have experienced. The bus stop down to the Lake was just a short walk away

We visit Riva del Garda every year, and this was our first time staying Oleeva and we don't regretted to make this choice. We absolutely loved it! We will definitely be coming back. The staff were amazing, especially Suzanne and Giuliana 😊. They were always available to help us with anything we needed. The breakfast offered was very complete and delicious, contributing to a great atmosphere that felt both relaxed and inviting. Our room was also exceptionally clean. We can't wait to return. Thank you
