The villa is really nice with a beautiful garden which is also lighted by night. The breakfast in the garden was great, not very diverse but really tasty. The staff is friendly, they helped us with all the information needed. The villa is close to the vaporetto station (7min by foot).

We stayed 6 nights & had such a wonderful time here. It's a beautiful house in a quiet area. Our room was very well decorated & immaculately clean. Towels were changed, the bed was made & bathroom cleaned daily. Checking in was easy, the lady owner contacted us to ask our arrival time & was waiting for us on arrival. She was kind, friendly & approachable & gave us lots of information & a map on ferries to Venice. My Italian is very poor so I was very grateful that she did this in English. It was clear that the owner cared very much that guests were happy. We had a very good breakfast of croissants, toast, yoghurt, meats & cheese, cereals, juice, tea & coffee all available. It was so pleasant sitting in the garden to eat. We were able to leave our suitcases after check-out. The accommodation is ideally situated, only 6-7 minutes from the port down the main road then turn right.. Similarly the beach is a short walk down the main road then turn left.
