Everything! the cleanest room I've ever been, beautiful bathroom and details in the room creates amazing atmosphere, big parking, great breakfasts with something savory, fruits, cheese and pastry, owners makes you feel like home, great view from the terrace. The best accommodation I've ever been, totally exceed my expectations. Nothing I didn't like and I'm a very fussy person!

Luca welcomed us warmly after having finished the Camino de Salento. We loved our bright, spacious, clean, and quiet room which offered us some reprise after having walked a long distance. Anything you might wish for such as restaurants, bars, shops and the beach are in walking distance. The breakfast was plentiful offering local specialties such as pasticciotti with Luca manning the coffee machine. 10/10 - would return :)

Huge room with lovely antique furniture and doors onto a balcony . Clean and comfortable with a kettle, bathrobes, toiletries and towels for the beach too. We booked last minute in October so it was also very reasonable for such a fantastic location and place. It's next door to the hotel where you check in and have breakfast and the pool is a few metres away too. The beach is across the road where you have use of the hotel sunbeds. Good for swimming and there's a nice walk up to the lighthouse . Really enjoyed our two night stay . Something different on our month in Italy .

I adored this Palazzo. I loved that the restoration allowed the original building and grounds to shine through and these were still able to be experienced and appreciated. We stayed in the room with the amazing shower, frescoes on our ceiling and a lemon tree outside our window. I also loved the linen sheets on our bed and the beautiful bed coverings. It was such a privilege to stay and have time to experience this beautiful, old building and its garden. Simply magic.

Very nice and comfy room. All facilities working well. Super private and quiet. The hosts were very nice and could spark English. The breakfast was superb with lots of choices of all kinds , even that we were the only guests!!! Bravo. We highly recommend this B&B
