I stayed in the Karenina room and found it to be truly perfect and fantastic. I travel often for work and I think it was one of the most beautiful places I have ever slept. The room was very clean and furnished with impeccable taste. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming. The taste in which the details were positioned and thought out made me feel truly pampered and special. In the room there is a coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge and the landlady always buys biscuits and salty crackers from a bakery as a gift. In the bathroom there is body cream, shampoo with conditioner, shower gel, cotton buds and everything (even more) necessary to feel at home, the shower was very spacious and very comfortable. The structure is entirely powered by electricity and there is no disposable plastic, everything is compostable. The love for antiques merges with the modern love for respecting the environment. Federica was an excellent advisor, you can see that she knows the city well and is always available for any questions. She won me over as a customer and I am sure that it will be my favorite place when I return to Bologna. If I could I would give more than 10 as a score: Highly recommended!!

Most of all, since it’s a newly built accommodation, everything was neat and clean. Overall, the room and bathroom were spacious, and everything was well-organized, including the coffee machine with capsules and the complimentary drinks in the fridge. The proximity to the central station was excellent—just a stone’s throw away—and the city center was only a 10-minute walk. The route to the hotel felt safe, even at night. When I struggled with check-in because it was my first time using a digital signal system to open the gate—and I didn’t have WiFi or an internet connection at the time—the staff promptly assisted me and reassured me. I found the staff very kind and highly appreciated their help.

From the very first message, we could feel Mary’s warmth and genuine care. 🥰 Even though we never met in person, her kindness shone through every word — always thoughtful, attentive, and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The accommodation itself was absolutely wonderful: spotless, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location to enjoy Bologna’s charming streets, cafés, and atmosphere. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and filled with lovely details that instantly made us feel at home. It’s rare to feel such a personal connection without meeting face-to-face, yet Mary made us feel truly welcome and cared for from afar. 💛 We’re leaving with warm hearts, beautiful memories, and the hope to return one day. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a special and heartfelt experience in Bologna.🤍

Everything was perfect! Communication and the warm welcome were excellent, and the parking recommendation was super helpful. Since the property is brand new, everything was spotlessly clean. The shower was by far the best I’ve experienced in any hotel so far. Having complimentary Nespresso was a great bonus. The location is amazing, very close to the city center. The only small downside was that the main entrance key was a bit tricky to use, but it didn’t affect the overall experience. If I come back to Bologna, I would definitely stay here again.

    The beautiful old house has been very tastefully restored and equally tastefully furnished. It is located in a very quiet, rural setting. The owner is a very pleasant and attentive hostess. Anyone travelling with a dog will feel particularly at home, as the house is set in a large, fully fenced garden and the surrounding area is perfect to take beautiful and peaceful walks.

    We really enjoy the stay :) room was beautiful, everything was new and clean. The bed was the best, we slept like in heaven ( cant get out of the bed in the morning :D ) and we really like the service (fridge in the room, hudge shower, free private parking and breakfast available whole day) the only thing we miss a little bit was something not sweet for breakfast :) but croissants with coffee were great. Also the Budrio surprised us, it was very nice and we feel typical italian atmosphere here ❤️ thank you so much
