the location was perfect for us - we didn't have breakfast... we are not breakfast people. The room was perfect, the bed was really comfy and all the cutlery, plates and stuff for cooking was perfect. Thank you - we'll come again :-)

Breakfast was better than at a five-star hotel, bed was super comfy, shower was shared, but very clean and comfortable. The place is not a "guesthouse", it is a first-rate hotel!

Everything! It is a beautiful guesthouse, such a great stay we had! Very cosy room, good beds, great shower, cute horses on the land. Wonderful is the hot tub, sitting there at night under the stars waiting for the northern light:-) The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast very good, they were so nice to us. We are vegetarian so they made us scrambled eggs without the bacon, so sweet! Hard to leave this place, will definitely be back when in the area again. Thank you!!

It was just as on the pictures. We didn’t expect too much, and not too less. The extra little community kitchen was very nice :) it’s equipped with a microwave, toaster, water cooker (there is a water cooker in the room also). Also the little shop was adorable. I bought myself a little treat - you can buy coffee/tea, skyr, soft drinks and instant noodles for an affordable price.

We had a wonderful stay at this property this New Years. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The restaurant was supposed to be closed but they made an exception specifically for us, providing delicious food. It was overall a very pleasant experience!

The exterior part of this guesthouse was being renovated but don't let this surprise you in a negative way. The interior however is as brand as new. Our room was very comfy and everything was fully renovated. It is a nice place to stay in the northern region of Iceland.
