After two nights in Surya Kiran Miramar (a basic hotel without service), we switched to the sister hotel Surya Kiran Heritage - and this is heaven! A beautiful Dutch merchant villa with an open air court (with a tree growing in the middle and kois swimming in the pond), a very spacious open air restaurant area, a wonderful old terrace with vintage furniture, spacious rooms with antique interiors chosen with taste - I have rarely been in such a beautiful hotel. Perfect place to spend a week and relax!

What an incredible oasis of tranquility! We were looking for some time to relax and find peace and this place definitely provided it. The staff was incredible and so lovely and caring, we really felt that we have built a connection with them. In fact we had dinner at the hotel most nights as we wanted to be in their company. A must try is their Masala Chai on the veranda in the evening: they make you feel at home. 10/10 for this one.

Honestly the best service I have experienced in India! Room was so spacious, clean and bathroom was new with great shower power. Location was great,2 minutes away from the beach and Main Street. The best experience however was owner Glen and his sons, they were so welcoming and kind and made sure I have everything what I asked for and were very responsive to any message. Wonderful family! Wish I could stay longer.

The host is first class, not only as a host but also simply a very good person. He gave much more of himself than expected. I have traveled a lot around the world but I have never met such cordiality and kindness. The place itself is in a very good location, a good base for exploring Panjim and Old Goa. Clean rooms. Amazing guest house. Neat and clean. Had all the necessary items. There was a very cute bakery outside the guest house for breakfast and other items. They open at 8.30am. a great place to stay. Will definitely recommend it. There was even a cute church outside the guest house. And it's 5-7 min walk from the beach. Just at 5 min walk ,there is a restaurant called filomena with great taste and cheap prices.

A quiet place in a pastoral environment, the owners are very kind and you can easily contact them. A 4-5 minute walk with a pastoral view and squirrels, served all my purposes. 10-15 hour drive to GOI airport

The All Seasons Guest House is in a quiet location with quick access to the beautiful Bogmalo beach. Easy to find and charming hospitality. The rooms themselves are simple and clean with working amenities and even a peaceful view out onto a palm grove. A cheerful and serene no-frills place , would recommend to anyone!
