Great place to stay, uphill from the town centre. Room was large and comfortable with benefit of a balcony to relax. Also able to sit in the garden. Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and all my evening meals were good. Also try the bakery just down the road, Sugar Rush, for thr brownie and ice cream.

Superb - to sum up 'Yalung'! Our stay at the Homestay was quite enjoyable. Rooms & washrooms were clean and staff were friendly and polite. Our host Ms. Deepika with her friendly talk made us feel at home. Food was delicious. We were asked about dinner even before we had reached Darjeeling. They prepared vegetarian food separately at our request. Would definitely recommend it to my friends seeking to explore Darjeeling - Ms. Binita
