I liked everything about Mama Bella's. From the moment I entered this little haven, it became obvious that everyone who worked there wanted to deliver the highest standards in hospitality. The little fridge at reception even had ion infused water that my friend needed for her heat stress recovery. The immaculately maintained facility made it a real pleasure to spend our time there. I want to make note of the extras within the rooms that contributed to our comfort, for example: face washers, shower curtain, extra floor mats, a drying rack, filtered water in the room and refill stations, a long built in bench to organise luggage, ceiling fan, a fridge and safe. The grounds were so beautifully landscaped and cared for. We were given assistance and advice about flying back to Denpasar. It's a short walk to a supermarket and my friend received helpful advice from a nearby chemist.

Beautiful boutique stay up on a hill overlooking Senggigi. I really enjoyed waking up and looking out into the distance at the sea. Nur the housekeeper is very friendly and sweet and very welcoming! My room was also very comfortable. I had a bit of a mixup regarding my booking dates but Gill was very kind and accommodating about it- thank you Gill. I’ll definitely come back with family!

Honestly the stay here has elevated our trip and already created some special moments. The stories, warmth and recommendations of Chris. The friendliness of the staff. Lovely Garden and pool area on way to the rooms. Nice and quiet location with restaurants and beach in walking distance. Also walking to Senggigi town takes 15min only. Spacious room with nice veranda. Bed is comfortable. Staff/hosts very helpful and friendly.

This is what I’d call a boutique - it only has 4 rooms. All rooms are spotless, well equipped and spacious. A/C and sat Tv as well as private balcony with sea view. The property is on the sea-front. The restaurant is great. The food is excellent - particularly the breakfast which is a really good size! ALL the staff are excellent and I can honestly say this is my best experience of hotel staff in all my (very very many) hotel stay. They all know your name and are highly attentive. Superb value for money.

This homestay was a great location, all shops and restaurants were a 5-10 minute walk away. The staff were so friendly and did my laundry for early in the morning before I left. The bed in the private room was so comfy and spacious and I was given two towels and there were two fans in the room which worked fine without AC. This place is so peaceful and a great place to chill.
