Calm environment in a residential area. The room is clean with hot water shower. The breakfast is handmade, fresh and delicious. Dila is an amazing host with a shining personality and her family and neighbours are welcoming. Dila offered to pick us at the bus station (free of charge)she is disponible, helpful. She helped us during our stay to organise our transport and send one box back home and share some suggestions to visit around. Possibility to rent a motorbike to visit Padang and around.

The property is well located. It is off the beaten track so it is quiet and peaceful (unless the neighbor has karaoke), but it is only a 10-minute scooter ride to the center. Breakfasts do not have a large selection, but everything is fresh and delicious (including local fruit). The staff tries very hard with every contact. Thank you very much to Rivaldi and Herwin for their hospitality, smiles and kindness. I recommend Air Manis Hillside!

The staff were very friendly, and everything was wonderful, except for the bird in a cage outside that woke us up at 5 AM and kept making noise all day. It was exhausting, especially since we were traveling with a baby and really needed the rest. I’ve never heard a bird make so much noise—it probably woke up and disturbed the entire hotel. Also, please don’t keep birds in cages.

The view is superb right from the room balcony. The hosts are great with their hospitality and personalised services. You feel like home right away. We chit chat everyday like an old friend. Breakfast is nice too. The guesthouse is on Gado-Gado hill and it is close to the paragliding base. Perfect sunset view.

We very like this homestay where we stayed 4nights. Easy to communicate in English with Feby, our super host who helped us in many ways : sim card, atm, taxi driver, laundry,... The guesthouse is very nice with garden, secure parking, a lot of place for kids can play, ... kitchen, fridge, air con, laudry available. The room was confortable with big bed and the pillow and bed sheets were so soft and confortable. All is perfect. We will come back again!
