I had a wonderful time solo travelling here. Out of this world hospitality by Mark & Inayah. Truly astounding! I didn’t feel for a second that I was away from home, and didn’t have trouble with literally anything while I was there. Need a scooter? They have. Hikes and arranging for activities? they’ll help. Transport? they’ll drive you personally if they’re available and show you Bali along the way and make a slow 2 hour ride pass like 30 minutes and make it a fun part of the trip! And all for a standard price! Mark took me on a beautiful hiking trip on the mountains surrounding the area. He’s a pro in navigating the place and feels like he knows everybody there! And Inayah cooked for us delicious Balinese food, and was always there to help anytime I needed anything! The rooms were spotless. Excellent water pressure, stronger than my home lol, and it was generally very well equipped, cleanex, shampoo, plenty of towels etc. no road sound whatsoever and very good wifi. Can’t ask for more! Made and team made the stay very comfortable very nice breakfast we had included, the bed is huge and very comfortable, everything was tidy in the room and cleaned properly. The day bed outside was a real bonus very nice to lie on and listen to the sea.

Beautiful place, clean, very spacious, very friendly and helpful owner. View was beautiful on the rice fields. Also, contrary to other reviews, we were not bothered by the main road, isolation was great. It is true though, that you need a scooter and then it’s 5min to all the restaurants downtown.

I have been travelling Bali since January and this is the best place I have stayed since being here! I felt very at home since the moment I arrived and Joe and his family make you feel safe and are always there to help if you need anything. Everything is very clean and new. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, even with blender for juices. You have the most amazing view of the sunrise from your bed or large balcony with another bed on it! The place is lovely and quiet but you can take a lovely scenic drive to town for more cafes and shops! Would definitely stay again. Thank you
