The place was perfect. There were sufficient linens, towels, toiletries, making the room comfortable to stay in for a few nights. Food and snacks were provided in the communal area, which were useful for our breakfast. The location is close to the centre of Portree, which was perfect to explore the Isle of Skye. Overall a great experience and would definitely book this place again if we were back in Portree!

Rachel and Stuart made our room perfect. It was a birthday getaway, and they took the extra effort of decorating it with "birthday decorations" plus a very cute card filled with wishes! The view from the room is spectacular especially in the morning you can't help but want to chill by the window and drink your tea. The room is spotless and very warm and cozy with a small extra space/closet to put away your suitcase/clothes. Overall, next time I'm visiting Isle of Skye I'll book again straight away a room at Coolin view.

Very cozy and warm atmosphere. Spacious and well organized room with everything, even the coffee machine with capsules. Spacious shower with very good water pressure. Splendid view from the roof window. Perfect position to explore Skye. Host super nice and welcoming, we will be glad to come back.

I visited this property with my wife. The location was perfect, just 15 min drive from Portree with a private parking. This was one of our best accommodation on Skye. The old lady who is the proprietary had opened her house to us visitors and try to make our stay unforgettable. The bedroom provided had comfortable double bed with a private bathroom. She is available at any time and a fantastic breakfast is prepared by herself. I highly recommend this property to others.
