Very clean and welcoming. We had a large dog with us and he was accommodated with a smile throughout our stay. The room was immaculate. The food was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Good position for a trip to the moors as well as to York. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with everything as advertised for a person with a disability. The breakfasts were outstanding & the host very friendly. The onsite restaurant was very good too.

Its a very small town. It has nothing else except this unique local hotel. Most local people seem to work here or have an economic link to this place. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is an experience and unique. The dinner menu’s are a true delight. The kitchen chef is a master. We ate here for two nights because we were exited about the first diner. The local nature park is a true beauty. Go and see!
