We received the most warmest welcome by Paul and Nicola the rooms were so lovely, it felt from home to home, so clean, modern and super comfortable. I was travelling with my two teenage daughters and we all had the best nights sleep. I forgot to book breakfast but Paul already laid a table for us which I thought was very kind and so appreciated.

This is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Linda and Joe couldn’t do enough for us. The accommodation was A1 and the food very tasty and well presented. Linda helped us to figure out we could go into Lincoln without having to pay exorbitant parking fees. Linda is a really lovely person and the best host. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come to UK again.

Great location just outside the centre. The bed was comfortable. The decor was pleasing. It's over a very cute pub which, thankfully, closed at 10 or 10:30pm each nice so there was no noise to keep me awake.
