Great communication with wonderful host. Very kind and considerate. Saw my consternation at the prospect of a too-early breakfast slot and was most merciful! I was exhausted after a recent bout of illness, a long journey and my ever present insomnia, so Keith generously changed the plans. Breakfast was lovely too, by the way! Our room was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy. Nice towels and toiletries in bathroom and everything exceptionally clean. Quiet at night and in the early morning too. Treat yourself!

Very clean, safe and cosy place to stay! The location is great and the amenities were perfect. There was housekeeping service everyday and it was always kept immaculate, the other guests were very respectful and kind. Was the perfect self catering place to stay in Largs!

Lorna and Gordon were brilliant hosts. One of the best places we have stayed in Scotland/England 😊Food and room were great. First time I had tasted haggis and black pudding, yummy, great local butcher.

The best Bed & Breakfast we’ve ever stayed at. They are the warmest hosts you could wish to meet, and nothing we asked was too much for Maureen and Billy. Brand new facilities. Exceptional ! The outside of the property has comfortable seating and beautiful, wide views in a gorgeous location. Absolutely delicious breakfasts.
