Location was excellent and easy to get to from the airport in Dyce. Spots for parking and calm surroundings. The host was very helpful and accommodating. Clean room. Breakfast was magnificent and we didn’t even have to grab lunch. Dog was a sweetheart.

Newburgh Inn is located 10 minutes from Aberdeen and Ellon, a 5-minute walk from a sandy beach and Forvie National Nature Reserve, home to a seal colony.

The attention to detail was incredible. The hosts had thought of things we might need, that would never have occurred to us!! The breakfast was also 10/10, all freshly prepared including fruit salad with loads of different fruit and a hot breakfast cooked to the guest’s personal tastes. We've been coming here for years! It started as a little stopover, and now its a permanent part of our vacation. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the dogs especially love the small garden. The food is fantastic, varied and so delicious! The ambience is cozy and inviting. These are more than enough reasons to keep coming back, but the biggest is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, lovely and eager to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Accommodation was spotless.. everything perfect.. fabulous selection of goodies left for me.. gluten free and soya milk.. homemade jam and honey too. Bedroom was stunning.. fabulous bed.. comfortable and pristine bedding. Hostess came out to welcome me and showed me everything in the bothy also. Views from windows were lovely.. and morning sunrise beautiful.. I walked all along the farm roads and up into the village then back along road to Bothy again , which was a lovely walk. A very peaceful.. relaxing stay. Highly Recommend.
