Yolanda and Jacque keep the hotel to a high standard. They are friendly and informative and go out of the way to help. We had to stay another night due to our ferry being cancelled. Yolanda was able to support us with another night's stay. I'm so glad they could because ì didn't want to stay somewhere, which may not have been as comfortable as we felt here

We only stayed for one night and were really impressed with the accommodation. Our room was on the second floor with a wonderful view of Douglas bay. Our bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Nothing to complain about. We would certainly recommend to anyone visiting the Island. Thank you.

Room was lovely spacious very nice and the Jacuzzi bathtub was amazing.. Bed was very comfortable.. Restaurant at HQ was lovely staff very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of Full English or continental.. We will definitely be returning..
