Clean, comfortable and friendly. The landlady, Shaz, lives on site in Room 1 and was friendly, bubbly and chatty. We arranged to drop off our bags early and Shaz and her son were busy getting our rooms ready when we arrived. There were lovely little welcome treats in our rooms and they were spotlessly clean. There is one shared bath/shower and toilet room and a separate shared toilet room for all 4 rooms. There is also a well stocked communal kitchen and sitting area.

Absolutely everything, George is an incredible host who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are completely satisfied. On arrival we were greeted by George at the front door, he organised our parking permit just outside his home for 3 days, showed us to our room and amenities which had everything even down to new toothbrushes, deodorant, a razor, makeup remover and much more. We couldn't believe that in the bedroom there was also a bottle of prosseco and beer in the wine bucket for us to enjoy. The bedroom and bathroom and very hot shower were just amazing and spotlessly clean! The bed and pillows were just so very comfortable. We had the best 3 nights stay at Park View. There was nothing that we wanted for from the huge English breakfast with fresh juices, cereals , toast, jams, and fresh fruit, which included avocado and yoghurt every day. George told us of places to visit from cafes to the best pub and also offered to book Sergio's Italian restaurant if we would like to go. The best host and the best B&B we have ever stayed in and the biggest breakfast, which was divine and kept us full all day! Thanks so much, George. we look forward to the time we can return to visit you and Chester again.

The beautifully decorated rooms with their unique features provided a cozy setting, accompanied by a comfortable bed. Martin and his staff were consistently friendly and helpful, attending to our every need. A special mention goes to the vegan breakfast provided once it's requested in advanced, which was both delicious and appreciated. The hotel's excellent location made it the perfect base for exploring Chester's attractions.

The room was nice, warm and big enough, the breakfast was super good and the staff is VERY friendly and welcoming. In my case I was lucky enough to talk a lot and know wonderful things about Chester and that talking changed my travel plans, and I was super happy about it, because Chester deserved all the time I spent there that I hadn't planned.

Fabulous hotel , staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Myself and my mum stayed for 3 night s in the brewers cottage twin room. Room was lovely and cosy, beds very comfortable. The food in the hotel was nice and not bad priced 2 courses 16 pound. Breakfast was great 👍 will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
