The Star Hotel is THE friendliest accommodation I've ever stayed in. They couldn't do enough for me, and the biggest bonus was a disco the first night, then, on the second night, a live band. Best place ever. All the staff super friendly and helpful, plus all the patrons made this Southener very welcome indeed. The room was exceptionally clean, and I honestly couldn't fault it at all. Parking was great too.

We loved the interaction with our hosts Paul and Sophie as they were very interesting and gave us ideas about places to visit. The room was superb and quiet and close to places to eat. We were looked after very well! Our thanks to them for their kindness.

Check-in was easy, staffs are all helpful and friendly. Nice dinner, and english breakfast. The room is spacious for 2 person, with nice n comfortable bedding. Toilet is clean.
