It was my last day in Paris and I wanted to make it perfect. It was a secret deal from Booking.com. This cozy house stayed close to the new (I think it’s new) metro station. Perfect instruction how to find the place were provided. When I saw the internal garden I was impressed. So quiet! The room (although it’s not a room, it’s a full-fledged studio). You can find literally everything there! The washing machine, the coffee machine, the microwave, the electric kettle and electric stove. But the best part it’s your personal living room. The bedroom and the living room are separated. I was so happy that I stayed there! I arrived earlier and the host allowed me to check in earlier without additional payments. And at the agreed time the breakfast waited me. I was in a shower (amazing shower, btw) and he left the breakfast in front of the door. You won’t regret for a second if you choose this place!

Wonderful cosy place located in a closed up Mews street. New modern architecture with historic furniture. All in top condition and well served by the owners directly. Breakfast one of the best in Paris for "french standards". Since I travel with a car, the garage across the street was quite helpful. Great addition to the top quality.

Very calm and beautiful hotel in Paris. The center is near, metros are close, everything you need is close. The staff is super friendly, breakfast was amazing and you can use fridge and make coffee and the whenever you want. It’s a cosy, small, clean hotel but still very modern and spacious! They have everything you need. Would return and I highly recommend it!

Our first trip to Paris was absolutely unforgettable, thanks in large part to this wonderful apartment. The location was ideal – everything was within walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious, with a large private room and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). The experience of living in an authentic French apartment was exactly what we were hoping for. A special highlight were the breakfasts with fresh pastries and a selection of cheeses – a true delight! Everything was PERFECT! This accomodation surpassed any expectation my partner and I had. It was my partners birthday, and our host baked a cake that was waiting for us on arrival. Breakfast each day was meticulously prepared, and delicious, and were some of the best meals we had in Paris. The bed was ridiculously comfortable and I could probably keep going on about how incredible everything was as there was not one single fault at this accomodation.

Françoise is a great host and went over and above what we expected from her. The breakfast is very nice and plenty, oftentimes we took leftovers with us to snack on during the day. On our last evening, Françoise surprised us with a special farewell dinner, absolutely marvelous. If we are ever back in Paris, we would surely like to return here.
