Absolutely beautiful place with a very historic feel. The hostess was absolutely lovely and we enjoyed our stay there very much. Definitely a great place to rest and relax and breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable and the parking was right there which was great. Would highly recommend!

Everything. Beautiful house in the countryside, with lovely garden and pool. The host is unbelievably nice and will do everything to make you feel spoiled and at home. The breakfast is to die for , with local cheeses, charcuterie, fresh bread and croissants, fruit, home made jam… I definitely recommend a stay - you wont regret it!

So cultural. There was art everywhere by the mum Jacqueline Sauzade and you can hear the piano being played beautifully if you are lucky enough! Jerome the host is just so kind and lovely, offering us a cool glass of rose on arrival, giving us helpful information and even booked a restaurant for us as it was a busy night in Aix. The property sits high above the town, a 10 minute drive into Aix. It has been owned by 5 generations and was an old hunting lodge. It is tranquil, the setting is stunning with amazing views. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas too, the pool is fresh and a lovely way to spend an afternoon by. It’s old and there are antiques and memories of the family, but it oozes character, old tile floors, but comfy beds and air conditioning if you need it. Or you can open your shutters and let the cool night air in and the smell of pines will envelop your senses. we enjoyed this very much and such a lovely family. The breakfast was a beautiful affair, matching cutlery to the glasses! There is plenty of food on offer, and Jerome is the perfect host! we shall be back….
