The location was great,a 2 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was newly remodeled so it was super clean, spacious and well equipped with a tea kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. We chose to stay here instead of in the center of Alicante due to the proximity of the airport and an early flight.

The property is close to the airport, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Communication from owners regarding booking and late check in was excellent. I had a lovely breakfast before leaving all freshly made.

It's one of the best hosts and apartments! Helps us with everything we need, very nice, cozy, enough space in the apartment and around. There is a nice backyard with sunbeds and a sitting place where you can spend time and relax! Special thanks for water, ice cream and other good things which I found inside and was very happy, because I didn't have the possibility to buy before the check-in. The place around is quiet, with a lot of trees and golf fields.

The location was perfect, in the middel of the main street, fifteen minutes walk from the beach. the room was very clean, and even though it was small, it had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Very helpful, friendly owner. Small but very comfortable, clean room with great facilities. Close to an excellent neighbourhood with many good bars and restaurants. Within 10 minutes walk to the rail station and not far to the centre of the city.

Situated in the centre of Alicante, Ventura Luxury is a recently renovated accommodation, which offers soundproof rooms. It is set 400 metres from Postiguet Beach and provides a lift.
