It is an amazing place for relaxation. Very clean, surrounded by nature. Very quiet, for escape from the crowd. In my room there was a big and comfortable trlerrace that is a huge bonus. You can make tea just in your room and go on your own terrace to enjoy a peaceful view. There is a small fountain full of beautiful and happy fishes that greet you all the time you are pssing by. Two turtles live there, too. Generally left with great feeling of good rest and relaxation. The vibes are for yoga, meditation. Peaceful and beautiful place to stay.

A short walk to the beach and in the historic centre, this hotel features attractive interiors with wooden beams dating from the 16th century, as well as a scenic rooftop terrace.

Staff was super kind and helpful, also in the restaurant of the hostal. They have also very good food and wines. The hostal is in the heart of the old town, everything is in a walking distance. The castle, the port and the beach are just 10 min by foot, also the bus & tram station are max 15 min away. Denia and the hostal are a perfect place to take some rest and enjoy your time at the beach.

The view from the balcony and the swimming pool is absolutely beautiful! Amazing restaurant right in front of it and great beach location. Famous Playa de las Arenas is about 20min on foot by a very pleasant sidewalk, the beach is full of awesome restaurants and stores. Breakfast consists of delicious spanish Tostadas and fresh orange juice for a great price!

Everything - the hospitality from Julio and his daughter, Julia, who speaks perfect English; the tasteful renovation of the property; the tranquility; the beautiful views; the excellent dinner; the pervading feeling of luxury....It was an unexpected gem! I was unsure after reading reviews but without grounds. The access is via a metalled, windy, but perfectly adequate road; there is a spacious terrace with comfy sofas and sunshades and views and a bar service to enjoy a g&t whilst looking at them; a pool with those same views. The dinner is bought in from a local restaurant of some renown and has to be ordered before 3pm on the day of arrival. The 3 sharing starters plus dessert were certainly enough for 2 people and were both surprising and delicious. Most of all, what has stayed with us was Julio's extraordinary kindness and passion for both the property and its history and the local food and produce - it seemed like nothing would have been to much trouble. As a note, there is free parking on site. The owners do not stay on site overnight which did not bother us.

We had a problem with our flight and was unable to stay at casa Mistela, but John and sonja were absolutely fantastic with our situation and couldn't do either to help. Will definitely return in the future.

We were the first guests in this property in 2024. The owners were probably the best I have met in all my travels - attentive, friendly, interesting people with interesting life experience. The breakfast included in the price was simply extraordinary - very diverse, hearty, fresh vegetables and fruits from the local market, delicious coffee, juice squeezed from local pomegranates - it's just angelic nectar! This place, Finca de la Pansa, is so beautiful inside and outside! High-quality cosmetics in the bathroom, soft large towels, bathrobes. The room has a large shower cabin. The room is large, everything is new, a wonderful balcony for evening quiet conversations under the deep starry sky with a glass of wine in hand. There is bookshelf for your entertainment with books, maps of the land and table games. In addition there is a large pool with deck chairs and umbrellas for you to chill. Benissa town is very close to Villa. We spend 25-28 minutes to get to the center by foot, it's a 5min car ride. Supermarkets are closer than center, so 15-18 min on foot. And if you need additional beer or vine cause you lazy like me - Kristien always has beer and wine in the fridge in the common area for guests, for the same price as in the market)
