The staff were very welcoming and able to resolve any problems immediately. There is gated parking on the large terrace behind the property. The room was beautifully decorated with high specification fixtures and fittings. Places of interest and nearby restaurants were pointed out. I have recommended it to others already and if I pass that way would definitely stay at Casa Rural Mugarri again

All new done up and fitted out. Super comfortable beds and a great shower!! The rooms are perfect located, close by you find restaurants, bars, fruit shops etc with a local feeling. The metro takes you in 20min to the centre of Bilbao. The Owners Raquel and Gorka are fantastic hosts! I will be definitely back on my next trip.

Very nice place to stay we were so comfortable. The room was perfectly clean and the owner was very understanding to our delayed arrival.
