The apartment was super nice, it was very clean, and it was very comfortable for four people. The location is also very nice, very close to the city center and palace. But the best part was the staff of the hotel which was always super helpful, and willing to help.

Absolutely everything! the lovely host! the gleamingly clean suite, the antiques, the furniture, the bedroom fit for kings, a very spacious bathroom, the detail of the fruit basket and the coffee maker, the magical garden that we could see from the living room, the relaxing sound of the fountain, its fireplace and the peace that is breathed! Very impressive! We had a space room which my children loved! Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Lots of added extras we weren’t expecting like cookies on arrival, netflix on tv and our room cleaned and beds made while we were out. We ate at the restaurant twice for dinner, they have a good menu with lots of options. We had burgers, pizza, calamari, meat and everything was very good, everything’s homemade. My children are already asking when we can come back! You will see us again El volante! Thank you for the best stay!

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, nice area and in walking distance (5 min) to the train station (to Madrid), parking garage - we had a very good time!
