Frank is an amazing host! He helped us so much with planning of the trips around. ( El Corazón, Iliniza Norte, Cotopaxi....) Chaupi was our base camp for the acclimatization in mountains in Ecuador. We spent in Frank hostal amazing one week and I can definitely say, that it was the best decision stay in Ilinizas Wasi. You can use a kitchen, pat their dog and cats, use the washing machine. Frank even helped us with booking a guide for Cotopaxi and he recommended us great guide Marco. ( From 8 groups we were the only ones, who reached the summit.) I recommend this place 10/10.!

The owner Tania is very helpful and kind. She was flexible to prepare our breakfast quite early in the morning. Breakfast was great. There is a small garden where it is possible to park the car. The room is big, clean.

A wonderful garden like base. it’s a real privilege to stay in Diego and Janeth‘s lovely casa. We loved everything about our stay at Santa Ana. It is a beautiful property with so many unique features. We came with a two year old and a four month old, and though it doesn't seem like the most family friendly destination on the surface, it turned out fabulously; the animals were a huge hit, the massive front lawn allowed for hours of kicking the soccer ball around, the meals were delicious and a high chair was available. We also enjoyed two great activities organised by the staff: a farm visit where we saw the cheese making process and a hike to the nearby waterfall (both excellent for our two year old)! Speaking of the staff: they were thoughtful, helpful and very accommodating!
