The hospitality was excellent. Muna and Lucien were fantastic hosts. Breakfast was plentiful and beautiful. The room was also excellent with a view of the castle. It's in the old town, so it's guaranteed you will have an awesome, genuine experience.

Central Location close to the train station. The staff is amazing, I felt at home. They are super kind, and you get all the attention as a guest! The apartment has been recently renovated and has everything you need for your stay in Thun. It is super clean and has all the comforts. They own the restaurant downstairs, which is also a plus if you are hungry but you are tired and don't want to go out anymore. The view from the room is wonderful, directly to the river Aar. The communication was easy even though they were super busy.

I had an excellent experience with my stay! it felt a lot like home, the Hostess was very Kind and generous, she had upgraded our stay to a beautiful suite! the Breakfast was amazing, the room was dreamy! excellent friendly service that made me want to go there again! I appreciated the traditional Swiss feel & design about the hotel. And the Hostess was very caring to provide the best service, it was an excellent experience overall!

Amazing and accommodating staff. We decided to extend stay, which was met with great professionalism and service from the staff. The rooms are clean, spacious and cozy. The breakfast was very good! We loved our stay here. The views are stunning and the room was warm, spacious, rustic and comfortable..the window and balcony looked out to snow capped mountains and into a picturesque valley. Only 25-30 mins drive to Interlaken and there is so much to do in the area. We stayed two out of our four nights in Switzerland and wished we had stayed all four.
