Location: Nestled in the heart of Swiss countryside, this is perfect if you want to avoid the cities and major towns. Property: The place is beautiful, intentionally decorated and perfect to relax with many common areas both inside and outside - there are events that happen here too. Even the bathrooms had a little bird song to make it feel like you are in nature. Breakfast: Healthy and fresh with two options to choose from - great start to the day. Kitchen: There is a kitchen you can use to prepare your own meals etc. Hosting: Monika is an amazing host and person - we arrived late and she made sure everything was well prepared and communicated, and was there throughout for any help needed. Organic: The honey at breakfast was from their own farm, which was amazing. We will return again whenever possible!

Nice, spacious and very clean rooms. Cows and pigs around the property (which the kids loved). Very kind host! She suggested we could still go for a swim in the Sempachersee and have something to eat by the water (very nice swimming area, just a few minutes away by car). Small, very friendly dog that came to play (after checking with us whether it was okay).

A nice little town with a great location for the hotel — the train station is very close, so it’s easy to get to places like Lucerne in just 40 minutes. I really liked it; it felt cozy and peaceful. The only thing is, I would have preferred a better breakfast, but that’s just a matter of personal taste. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! Mäggy, our host, was incredibly sweet and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The house was beautifully designed, spotless, and located in such a scenic area — every detail was perfect. The view from the balcony is amazing! Mäggy has thoughtfully prepared a printed booklet with nearby tourist spots and restaurant recommendations, which was super helpful. We truly wished we could have stayed longer. I also highly recommend taking a walk around to enjoy the charm and beauty of the surrounding villages. We’ll definitely be coming back.
