Alfonso is a wonderful host. We were greeted with a glass of wine and helpful info on the area. The room was warm and had everything we needed, including bathrobes. We didn't use the spa, but it was available until about 10pm. We'll try it next time. Breakfast was freshly prepared for us and was delicious, and we sat at the window overlooking the lake. Perfect!

The staff were super friendly and really helpful. Made a really good breakfast and coffee. The rooms were great and we felt right at home. Hello everyone. A lot of staff were incredible. Facilities exceeded my expectations. Separate entrance gives us the opportunity to be free and not disturb anyone. The landlady was incredibly hospitable, always asking if we needed anything. The apartments were so clean. We were filled like we arrived at our grandparents house. Thank you.

Great location, walkable to Canmore town where there are lots of restaurants and it’s a lovely scenic walk there from the hotel.

Everything! The room was very cosy, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing. The location is really good - just outside of Banff so you get the views with being in a more touristy area.
