fantastic experience! Claudia is very nice and so friendly. I needed to arrive earlier than the Check-in time because I would need to work on that day. Claudia alllowed me to use the reception facilites before my Check-in, shared the Wi-Fi key and made me feel very comfortable.

I was given a larger room than the one I booked for the same price. There was plenty of areas to relax and the breakfast was amazing with a range of delicious food & drink buffet style. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful eg helping me with my luggage when my taxi arrived much earlier than expected.

The breakfast is amazing! The coffee is good! Usually hostel coffee is not good in Brazil. But this hostel was tasty! The staffs are also helpful and kind. I definitely stay at this hostel next time in Sao Paulo! The location is quite good. 1 min from the metro station Brigadeiro. It's safe even in the midnight!
