Daniel and Heidy communication in advance of the trip and during our late night arrival was exceptional, Daniel arranged the keys for us to be collected and left clear instructions and notes. This was exceptional. Furthermore, the property is exceptionally clean, very well arranged (design wise) and decorated with comfy feel and a massive modern bathroom. Daniel and Heidy were extremely accommodating during the breakfast by providing gluten free options, although we forgot to book it in advance. Last but not least breakfast had typical choice, delicious and fresh.

Wonderful stay at Hidden Gem!!!!! ---Location couldn't be better !!!! Just about 300 m. from Brugge train station, yet in a beautiful quiet green neighbourhood with charming houses . In front of the station you can take the Bus No 2 to the center (( get off at ''Djiver'' stop for'' Rosary quay ''and then a pleasant short walk to ''Burg'' and ''Markt '' squares )). Or you can take the ''shuttle Bus'' to center, ticket 1 euro, , 3 euro for the normal bus. (( getting ticket is easy, just tap your card on the small white device inside bus and that's all... no paper ticket )) ---Behind the house is the beautiful ''Lake of Love'' park, one of the must see in Bruges and crossing it you can make your way to all sights....If you wish a quiet coffee or drink, away from the crowds, by Bus No 2 get off at ''Jan Van Eyk.....''stop, or walk there ,in front of a beautiful square, magnificent church and canal view !!! Charming at night, too!!! ---Just outside the train station there is a Carrefour market.. ---Mrs Katrien, a far beyond'' kind and helpful'' hostess, a very sweet and geniously kind lady, offered us the most warm welcome ever together with important info and map and was at our disposal during all our stay ... prompt replies and exact directions before arrival....no words enough for her!! She is a diamond, indeed !! Talking with her was a huge pleasure !!! ---The house itself is so beautiful and inviting outside that and we felt happy the moment we reached the front garden door !!!! A green paradise-yard with table-chairs to sit and enjoy peace and relaxation !! ---The room is pretttier than in photos, very cosy, with 2 windows with beautiful views to the green back yard and a little far sight of the park and bridge behind the house ! Very relaxing !!!

Incredible!!! Amazing, lovely, historically, fancy & luxurious Hotel in the heart of Bruges! it was our first time to experience such stay. this was the home of the Notary of Bruges and it was converted to this great hotel just couple of months back! unforgettable experience started once reaching the hotel as the great staff immediately get our car slot just in front of the hotel, and stored our luggage our room immediately. check in was the easiest and the fastest. They toured us in the cozy hotel space to explain each room function and the history of each spot. Coffee room is charming and relaxing, the Notary office is converted now to dinning room, and many other staff they explained. Hotel entrance, Dinning Hall and Coffee & Relaxing Salon were very luxurious & relaxing, and the outside garden area is just amazing. Our room, Gustave De Molinari was charming! Very warm, comfy, classy & took us back to 19th century with the latest 21st century state of the art Hotel room automation system! Bathroom & toilet are just amazing, classic & Royal! Food experience is completely different than other hotels, and it simply meets the theme of the classical luxurious hotel! Staff are amazing, friendly & very helpful, and I’m specially thanking Stef, the front desk manager for everything presented to make our stay great. He also guided us to make our trip perfect in Bruges and extended his advice to cover many other places! Thomas & Marnik: many many thanks from the family for the exceptional experience and please keep the great efforts and sure your Lovely hotel will be in a very short time the new land mark of the adorable Bruges!!

    The cottage is located in a quiet area a few kilometres from Brugge. A great place for a quiet weekend for two! Keys were handed over smoothly, the host was super helpful. Interior was beautifully decorated and furnished, perfectly clean. Bed was extremely comfortable, pillows too. Access to netlix is a plus. We had a wonderful weekend. Thank you for hosting us!

    Beautiful place and fantastic location near Bruges (20min by bike). The place was very spacious, very comfortable with valued luxury amenities. Our host was super helpful and helped us for the bike rental. I can not recommend this place enough.

    A great location, beautiful atmosphere and very welcoming host. A short drive into the centre of Brugge with plenty of parking around. The room was not overly decorated however the bathroom was a great size!

    A nice and comfortable cottage located 15 mins from Bruges Station. The room was neat and clean with comfortable beds. Daniel made us an excellent breakfast in the morning and overall it was a nice stay for us in Bruges. Good value for money.
