He goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The breakfast? Simply the best I’ve ever had at any B&B—generous, locally sourced, and served with great care. As someone who eats gluten-free, I was touched by the effort Erwin made to provide me with delicious gluten-free bread and pastries. Another bonus: free parking just 50 meters away! The character of the property alongside its setting really makes the stay relaxing and very enjoyable. The owner is a great chap who makes you feel welcome and at home. There is a eatery and cafe (pub) across the road from the property as well as a restaurant for finer dining, all of which back on to a lovely stream making for a very enjoyable evening experience. There are good transport links to the nearby town of Lokeren via bus or bike. It really does have everything you need. I would highly recommend and potentially bring the family back.

The room was very nicely decorated. All areas were very clean. Access to the building and room was very efficient. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very well decorated and super confortable room. Breakfast is amazing, and they offer you complimentary coffee, tea, sparkling or still water during your whole stay. Hostess Betty and Helga were amazing. Always available for us, and always happy to have some chat. Absolutely recommended!
