Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

This is a fantastic LOTR themed bungalow "village". Marvellous! Lovely, helpful staff. Very good restaurant and breakfast. We just loved it!
