The service was truly exceptional. The hosts were so welcoming, warm, and made us feel like part of their family. The staff were so friendly - within an hour they knew us all by name and were so accomodating. Our waiter (I think his name was Jerome) on the last night was fantastic, and the mother of the resort constantly checked in to make sure things were going well. It was a beautiful resort, more traditional in design than some of the other resorts we stayed in which added to the character.
